- 325g de mamão formosa (1/2 unidade)
- 200g de iogurte natural desnatado
- 02 colheres de sopa de xylitol
PREPARO
- Corte o mamão descascado em cubos e leve ao congelador. Se puder, deixe de um dia para o outro.
- No processador ou liquidificador, coloque o iogurte, o mel e os cubos de mamão e deixe bater até virar um creme.
- Coloque em um refratário ou em taças individuais, cubra com plástico filme e leve ao congelador por três horas.
- Sirva bem gelado.
